The program offers employee development opportunities for SCC faculty and staff team members in various formats:

• PEAK for Staff and Faculty
• PEAK – Faculty-Focused 
• PEAK – Online- and E-Learning-Focused
• LinkedIn Learning (login required)

PEAK programs are delivered live utilizing the Zoom teleconference platform, in-person, and online through LinkedIn Learning or similar platforms.
