Current High School/Recent Graduate
You did it, or you soon will.
Graduating from high school, or getting your GED or HiSET certificate, is no small feat.
Enrolling at SCC is a step towards a career you can be proud of. In just two years, you could leave prepped and ready with an associate degree. Or, if you're like most SCC students, you'll have your gen eds behind you and sprint to the finish at a traditional four-year college or university.
If you are looking at options early, and want to get a jump on credits, you may want to dual-enroll in college classes – an option for high school juniors and seniors. Just check out the Steps to Dual Enroll at SCC below and you're on your way.
Here's what you need to know to apply if you have already graduated high school:
-
You can apply any time during the year by completing an Application for Admission. (A+ Scholarship students make sure you read this.) You will then get your Welcome Packet in the mail with your student ID# and login credentials for your SCC Portal.
-
Request your high school transcript or GED/HiSet Certification be sent to enrollment@stchas.edu. If you are requested to supply additional information (i.e. change of information, residency proof, citizenship documents, Date of Birth or Social Security Number corrections, tuition rate corrections, registration restrictions, waivers) send those documents to enrollment@stchas.edu from your mySCC email for processing.
-
Login to your MySCC Portal and SCC Cougar Email Account using the login credentials found in your Welcome packet or email. If you need help logging into your SCC Portal, just reach out to our I.T. Service Desk at 636-922-8555 or email them at servicedesk@stchas.edu.
