Kyle Stradtman
Kyle Stradtman
Kyle Stradtman started his educational journey at SCC in 2011. According to Kyle, SCC was an easy choice.
“SCC is affordable and flexible,” said Kyle. “I wanted to move at my own pace and not have debt hanging over me.”
During his time at SCC, Kyle played on the roller hockey team and says some of his fondest memories were formed on that team.
“Not only was playing hockey a great time, but it also taught me that I could have just as much fun, if not more fun, supporting other people.”
Throughout his SCC journey, Kyle was going through a personal journey of his own. Now four years sober, Kyle had found himself at rock bottom years ago and knew it was time to rebuild.
“I needed something to be responsible for, so, I got a dog. Getting Blazzo socialized and exercised really helped me and raising him taught me a lot about myself. It made me hold myself to a higher standard.”
Kyle wanted to set some goals for himself, and that is when he found Ninja Warrior.
“Ninja Warrior gave me an outlet for my energy. It became a new addiction. Every day there is something new to learn and work on. The Ninja community is a great community to be a part of. It is full of positive, healthy and supportive people.”
Kyle was featured in Indianapolis on season ten of Ninja Warrior. He hopes to be called back for season 11. Until then, Kyle will keep busy working on growing his dog walking business, getting into personal training and watching his baby girl grow up.
