Established in 2019, the Field to Table Institute is located at the Dardenne Creek Campus, next to the Center for Healthy Living, in Dardenne Prairie. The building, previously a gym, was transformed into a beautiful and modern space that features a bakery, test kitchen, commercial kitchen and brewing lab. A grant through Missouri’s Workforce Initiative covered most of the renovation costs. The Center was named a finalist in the St. Louis Buisness Journal’s Building St. Louis Awards 2021. The campus renovation was regionally recognized in the Public/Private Project Less-Than-$10 Million category based on its community impact and design.
