Published: 09/26/2017
The St. Charles Community College Foundation, SCC Student Activities and Cottleville-Weldon Spring Chamber of Commerce are partnering up to host the first annual Trunktoberfest from 4-8 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 7, on the college’s Red Parking Lot. This fun, free Halloween event will have trick-or-treating, kid-friendly activities, food trucks and an outdoor screening of the film Hocus Pocus starting at sundown on the Technology Building lawn.
Attendees are encouraged to bring blankets, chairs and food. Free popcorn will be provided, and food and beverages will be available for purchase. The rain location is the College Center gymnasium, accessible from the Yellow Parking Lot near the campus’ Southwest Entrance.
Trunk-or-treat is provided by St. Charles Community College organizations and Food Truck Frolic sponsors and vendors. Hosting a trunk and passing out candy is not open to the public.
Sponsors include BJC, Mercy, State Farm (Lew Fruend, Hank Wiese & Tom Wootten) and UMB Bank
