Beyond the Surface Art Exhibition to feature artworks by regional artists at SCC Jan. 30-Feb. 24

St. Charles Community College will display the artwork of regional artists Jan. 30-Feb. 24 at the Beyond the Surface Art Exhibition. Elizabeth Simmons Allen, Jason Hoeing, Joanna Hoge, Cary Horton, Lindsay Obermeyer, Laura Skroska and Elizabeth Willey will be featured in the hallway gallery of the Donald D. Shook Fine Arts Building (FAB) in combination with a separate collaborative exhibition by Jennifer Colten and Jesse Vogler in FAB, Room 106.

The SCC Art Club will host the opening reception from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 1. The exhibition and reception are free and open to the public. 

Gallery hours are 8 a.m.-8 p.m. Monday-Thursday, 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Friday and 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday. The gallery is located in the Donald D. Shook Fine Arts Building. Parking for patrons is free in the campus Blue and Yellow lots.
