SCC Center Stage Theatre to hold open auditions for 'Miracle on South Division Street' Oct. 6-7

Director Lynne Snyder will hold open auditions Monday-Tuesday, Oct. 6-7, in the Donald D. Shook Fine Arts Building, Room 110, on the SCC campus in Cottleville. Center Stage Theatre invites SCC students and community residents to audition.
Callbacks will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 8.
“Miracle on South Division Street” is a comedy about the Nowak family living amongst the urban rubble of Buffalo, New York. After the miraculous night in 1942, when the Blessed Mother appeared to Grandpa in his barbershop, Clara and her three grown children felt they were special. Soon after, daughter Ruth unveiled her plan to write and star in a one-woman show about the family ‘miracle,’ and a deathbed confession causes the family legend to unravel.
There are roles for one man and three women.
The performances will be held in the theater of the Fine Arts Building Wednesday-Sunday, Nov. 19-23.
