Learn to Balance Work and Home Life at SCC's Women's Conference Sept. 17

Cox, a St. Charles County resident and public relations graduate of Missouri State University, will focus on empowering women to be strong, confident, independent, assertive and successful individuals. She will teach participants how to change one’s internal dialogue by releasing perfectionism, remaining assertive in stressful situations, taking pride in oneself and one’s decisions, projecting confidence and letting go of irrational thinking patterns and fears.
