P-494 | The primary and preferred means of transacting student business and communicating with students is electronic. |
Pr-494.1.1 | In order to expedite transactions and processing, students must consent to conduct electronic transactions with the Enrollment Services Department. Electronic consent is available through the portal upon admission to the College. |
Pr-494.1.2 | If a student does not consent to conduct electronic transactions, it is understood that: Documentation cannot be submitted electronically. All documents must be submitted in hard-copy form to the Enrollment Services Department. Manual processing time is longer than electronic processing time, including financial aid application processing |
Pr-494.1.3 | Students have the right to give or withdraw their electronic consent at any time and at no cost. This may be done in person at the Enrollment Services Department by presenting a valid photo ID. |
