| P-731.0 | The College encourages employees to explore internal opportunities for enrichment or advancement. |
| Pr-731.0 | When a position opening occurs within the College, the opening is generally included in the Employment Opportunities Bulletin on the College’s website, for a minimum of five days, for internal and external candidates to review. The Bulletin discloses the compensation level minimum pay, a job summary, and listing of qualifications. |
| Pr-731.1 | An employee who has been in the same position for six months or more may apply for available positions. Any exceptions must be approved by the Human Resources Department. |
| Pr-731.2 | Employees are required to notify their supervisor in advance of applying for an internal position. |
| Pr-731.3 | When applying for internal positions, employees are required to follow the instructions for applying as noted in the Bulletin. |
